The location is just opposite the Central Station and there is also an underpass that leads to the station. Quite a few food options nearby! Walking distance to Old Town. Reception staff is welcoming and friendly. The room is spacious and clean.

The position, near commercial places, near tramway metro, easy to get to city centre. The room is confortable and clean. Restroom access and luggage storage before and after your stay. Polite and friendly staff, works quickly.

The room was nice and clean, the location is in front of the train station, easy to move around and near the center. The breakfast was good, not the best, but complete enough.

The location was right next to Lufthansa bus stop from airport and across the road from rail station. I'm a walker and so all attractions for shopping , parks, (recommend English garden and walk along river), restaurants within 30 -60 mins. Large beer garden 15 minutes walk as you exit hotel and turn right. Aldi and Lidle close by for day time snacks etc. Breakfast was good with choice of hot and cold. The staff helpful polite and cheerful

The hotel was good. It was walking distance to the train station, bus station, hop on hop off bus, Marienplatz and other downtown attractions. The Lufthansa airport bus came and went in front of the hotel. The breakfast was good and sufficient. A room was a room. The level of cleanliness was good. The staff was helpful when needed. You can find good places to eat very close to the hotel. The hotel was as expected. The price-quality ratio was good.

For the price we paid it was a bargain. Location is the gem here, walkable distance to the main station and many shops nearby including a next door covid PCR test center which for a traveler required a test before flight like me, it was a plus. The room is small but still manage to move around. The staffs are friendly and helpful to most of our questions about the city and surrounding.

Excellent location just across from the central train station / U-bahn/ S-bahn, especially for those who plan to travel in other cities/ destinations too by train. With 10-15 minute walk you can be in Marienplatz. We stayed in "family room" with 2 separated by a door spaces (2+1 single beds and 1+1 WC) on the 7th floor. The room was clean with enough spaces.

Great location, right next to the train station. We were particularly grateful to be so close considering that our train was delayed for two hours, which meant an eight hour journey from Paris. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was good and the breakfast was delicious and convenient - 12.5 euros per person when we stayed. We walked to the Munich Lego store (highly recommended!) and also to a VR history tour. We also walked to the coach for our day trip to Neuschwanstein Schloss - the main reason we came to Munich. 24 hour reception made it easy to arrive late, with no issues. We also enjoyed the decor. It is nice to see a hotel with a bit of character, instead of the usual blandness.

Best location beside the main station and the Lufthansa airport bus 20 paces outside. The furnishings were adequate for the price considering it was central Munich on a May holiday weekend. Room was a good size and clean.

Excellent hotel for value and location. We arrived at 9.30am after a long flight from Australia and we were offered the first room available after servicing, so we did not have to wait until normal check-in time. Reception provided a town map and some suggestions for sight-seeing and eating out. The room was small but well organised with a mini-bar and capsule coffee. The breakfast included in the tariff included hot items. After checkout we were able to store our luggage whilst we explored Munich some more. Then, a 75m walk to our train to Vienna. Recommended.
